Super Frank: "It's no problem!!"

On our third day we went to Isla Catalina to snorkel and the beach was unbelievable...only something you'd see in a magazine. The adventure was just begining. Debi was stung on the arm by a jelly fish while snorkeling and she rushed out of the water. A couple of nice dominicans were there to help her and they poured vinegar on it and took the sting away. The snorkeling was great...30 feet of clear water with a city of fish and creatures busy on the reef below us. A young guy named Pedro brought us drinks and asked me to visit his souvineer shop #3 before we left. So we got there and met his boss who called himself "Super Frank." Debi bought some jewelery but we did not bring any money with us. "It's no problem! You pay at hotel!" So he agreed to let us take the goods with our word we'd meet him the next day at 4 at our hotel lobby to pay by credit card. It was quite a distance for him to travel to get there. I doubted he'd show but sure enough there came Super Frank in the lobby at 4. He kept saying, "It's no problem!!"
He was a little man in his 40's, and had driven with his wife to our hotel with his credit card swiper machine.

So there we sat on a curb in the parking lot, him imprinting my card and on the phone in Spanish to authorize the transaction while charging us 2500 pesos here (which was supposed to be $60 US when the credit card company charges us), in the Dominican Republic from a guy named Super Frank. What could possibly go wrong? To thank us for being honest, Frank gave us a mango from the front seat of his car, "2-3 days...you wait...then you eat."
